Who we are

This website is operated by Arthen Growth ("we", "us", "our").

What we collect

We collect the information you enter in our audit form and the time you book. Our hosting provider and analytics tools also collect basic technical data, such as your browser, device and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and run your free AI audit, to contact you about it by email, phone or text, to send you a scope, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that run our business: website hosting, scheduling (Calendly), email (Google Workspace), our CRM and our phone/SMS provider. They only use it to provide their service to us.

If you try the voice demo, your voice and the conversation are processed by our voice AI provider, ElevenLabs, to run the call.

Calls and texts

We may call or email you about the audit you requested. We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or tell us on a call to stop calling.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your choices and rights

To see, correct or delete your information, reply to any email we've sent you or tell us on a call. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website is 100% secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.

When this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
